The continuum of a woman’s life is comprised of several life stages, each having its own characteristics. Women undergo dynamic physical, mental and emotional changes from adolescence to old age. A thoughtful approach to food & nutrition can help women manage ongoing hormonal changes and overall metabolism better. It will also help reverse and manage many of the chronic health conditions women battle frequently. Example: Obesity, PCOD, Thyroid, Menopause etc.
Hormonal disturbances and chronic conditions, if not managed in time, can potentially lead to cancer as well.
